Recently I finished a web software development course. web software development, earn forty thousand pounds plus peryear the advertisement said. After being in a twenty five thousand pound a year jobI had no prospects except a looming redundancy.I decided I had nothing to lose and everything to gain if I went on the course.

So I signed up and competed the web software development course. I loved it. I learned all about internet security and how to incorporate on-line search links and email links.

My mother said what did I want to be going into web software development for? She thought I had a good trade being a trainee accountant. She thought I would be able to transfer my skills to another office. Well to a point she was right .However, it would take too long for me to earn a cracking income which I needed sooner rather than later.

You see I have a dream I want to get in on the property market. With web software development I could work from home while building up my property empire. I had dreams.

Now my only task was to find a good paying job with the company who ran the course which I paid for out of my own pocket. I don't mind if it is going to help me open doors towards fulfilling my dream.

Six months down the line now, I am sill looking for a job. The company who I did the course through offered me a six moth work placement and that was it. Due to the recession they too had to make cutbacks and could not take on any more employees.

I was under pressure I needed to get a mortgage during he recession in order to get my properties cheap and while there were lots of people needing rented properties.

In this climate lots of people had over mortgaged themselves and found they couldn't cope with the repayments now so they were forced into selling their homes or they were being repossessed. That meant for the speculator cheap property and homeless people searching for rented accommodation the climate was right for me. However, I needed a job badly. In the end I had to take a job at the local supermarket . My mother was full of 'I told you so' saying I should have stayed where I was.

I worked all the hours they offered and built up enough income through hard slog to get my first mortgage.I stayed at m mums and rented it out .A few months later I did the same this time I converted it into two flats. Within eighteen months I had enough income to cut down my hours at the supermarket and build my own website to sell myself as a website designer and begin concentrating on that.

Now my mother was saying ' E lad I'm proud of you' Actually I'm proud of myself too thought.
