Technology at its Best

It seems like my life now revolves around the world-wide web. I am a full time housewife and a stay-at-home mom who has been trying to earn online for almost four years now. I have discovered that the internet can be an alternative venue for me to earn while at home.

Before I got serious with earning online, all I knew was to download music and games, listen to music, watch videos and television clips online. I was also very fond of buying on-line especially from auction sites.

I had no choice but to stay at home because I have two little kids who are fully dependent on me and required my full attention and care. It was only my husband James who was working and supporting the whole family. When James and I had a big fight one day and he left me at home with the kids for almost a month, I realized I had to be financially independent and free somehow. I cannot be always dependent financially on a man.

That circumstance where I was left with my kids, not knowing where to go, had brought me to discover a web site where people sell their second-hand items or things that are not in use anymore. I know of several web sites which are international and wherein I thought would be difficult to get a good chance to sell things faster. The web site that I have discovered is a local one where I was able to sell several items for a good price. During that tough time, I felt like my personal ability was challenged. I am glad though that I was able to survive.

James and I are still together. He came back home after almost a month of not seeing us. I have learned that every wife must build something for herself to fall back on when times are getting difficult. I have decided to take an online course on Web Site Development and Design. I was thinking that web site development course can be used in an online business and I can also render my services for a fee.

Today, I am scheduled to have an online meeting with a client regarding a web site development service. A have other several clients that are very confident about my knowledge and expertise in web site development. Through the years I have been able to give myself a gift of new career that I never thought I will ever get into.
