Technology at its Best

I work from home onmy pcmostly and today while working on a new webdesign for a friend who also works on her pc I kept receiving e-mail spam. I kept having to log back on to my home pageand deleting it before it destroyed my pc. For people who work on their computers, spam is like the worst thing ever. It slows down the computer, it causes the computer to freeze, it slows you down, and it takes up the computers storage space. E-mail spam always ends up just being junk, I end up with a slower computer for things I don't even need to know about. And all the money i put towards buying a spam blocker went straight down the drain because it did not work. My home page was already acting up my pages kept saying that they could not be displayed and I was on a dead line. She had payed me to have her website up and running by later that day.

I had to act quickly and hurry off to use another computer somewhere else. So i decided to head off to the library where they offered free computers for one hour. So I would have to work very fast and not have any distractions.

When i got to the library every computer was taken and there was a line but I needed this to be done so I bit my tongue and waited in line. The line took about twenty minutes to get through andduring that twenty minutes I had already put together what it would look like on paper that way all i would have to do was copy it on the computer. Finally, it was my turn and the minute I logged into my home page I had already gotten a whole bunch more spam. So I clicked the select all button and deleted everything. Then I started copying my drawn out plan on the computer and to my surprise i had actually finished just in time. I saved all the changes and sent an email to my friend to let her know that the site was up and running.
