Technology at its Best

The junk email folder holds new products testing the market place. I believe that is a true statement. Whether this is an actual product or a service it is still something new and someone is trying to break into a particular industry. Junk email has always been a folder that collects so much useless mail to me in the past, but now I have started to pay attention to them.

My computer is on constantly and my email program is always sitting on the task bar waiting to be pulled up and browsed through. That is the constant state of my computer. If I am using it and mail comes in I hear a tone. I know there is a new batch of wanted and unwanted mail or junk email.

Companies advertising on-line use email. It's a fact of Internet life and one we can either embrace it or try to block. I don't think the advertising on-line pop ups get that much revenue. I always have my browser to block all pop ups from websites I don't use on a regular basis.

Web developers will figure a way around the blocking of advertising on-line and sooner or later we will have more advertising on-line ads appear on our screens. It's just a matter of time. After all thatis why our computer technologygrows constantly. The force that drives the net is business. The faster the web content moves the more revenue businesses bring in.

I think eventually everything media will be brought into the home through your Internet connection via computer. The local channels today are all on the Internet for viewing. If you’re lucky enough to have a fast enough connection you will see it live, if not you will still get it free online but it will be a delayed feed. It can't be a long stretch to think we will see all Television on the Internet before long. I something thinks this is why cable has become so expensive these days.

If I can see this coming, I know I am not alone. The world around us changes a little every day and then again sometimes it leaps forward almost instantly.
