Technology at its Best

I can't wait to get another Internet provider the one i am with is absolutely useless, i went on their site when i first started with them and their web design seemed pretty simple to understand well i thought it was.

That was until one day i was On-line Shopping and a pop up came on my screen asking me if i wanted to work off-line, no i don't i thought and clicked off it and back onto the on-line shopping site, then it came up again did i wish to work off-line, that's it i thought and got on the phone to my Internet Provider.

What a nightmare that is, firstly you have to enter all these numbers and then you get to speak to someone in india or somewhere like that who hasn't a clue what your on about there is no personal service with my Internet provider and if you get cut off you end up speaking to someone completely different and have to tell them the same as you told the last person, so eventually i got through to someone and told them the problem i was having that i was on an on-line shopping site and a screen kept on coming up that did i wish to work off-line, when they looked onto my account it said that my Internet was in the process of being disconnected, i couldn't believe it and thats when they told me that i hadn't set up any direct debits with them so even though i was receiving the bills i hadn't made a payment, i told them that the money was in the bank waiting for them to take it and i hadn't touched it, that i had gone onto their website and arranged the direct debit on there, they looked into it and found that when i had done that they were having issues with it and had since changed the web design, i told them that no one had been in contact with me so how was i suppose to know, i wasnt psychic, they didnt find my sense of humour funny then again i didnt find this situation funny either, finally it was sorted but when my contract comes up for renewal i will not be staying with them.
